Madeline's House - Piedmont Crisis Center is solely dependent on contributions, thrift store sales, and grants as they are available. The vast majority of contributions are used for the operation of the shelter and program costs. Only 8% of the annual budget is used for administrative costs.

Financial support from the community is essential to assuring safe haven for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault is available 24 hours/7 days a week. It is at Madeline's House that abused women and children can find safety in crisis and the resources they need to survive and reenter the community to live independent, healthy, and productive lives.
